All fresh meat must be refrigerated as soon as possible at 5ºC or lower.

  • Lamb(65%), water, rusk(WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin salt), pea starch, salt, mint (2%), emulsifier sodium triphosphate(e451), WHEAT flour, flavour enhancer(621), yeast extract, spices, flavouring preparation (spice & herb extracts), preservative(e223)(SULPHUR DIOXIDE). Filled into a natural hog casing.

As we are a traditional butchers all meat is cut and then weighed after the order has been placed. We will try our best to cut the meat to your desired weight, which will then be as close to the basket price as we can get it.
