At Williams & Son we always try our best to source products from Cornwall and keep things as local as we can. Luckily we have a tremendous trade network available to us ensuring we always get high quality, approved meat and ingredients whether its beautiful Cornish Beef, Irelands desirable dexters or sumptuous meats from the West Country. We stock as much local produce as we can in our store from Cornish cheeses and tea bags to the wonderful clotted cream made only 1 mile away at the local Dairy!

At our licensed butchery unit we are able to produce our award winning products quickly and efficiently whilst losing no quality what so ever. Using top of the range equipment in the most innovative design there is very little that we can't do! We also hold the right tools and experience to train young butchers in every aspect of the industry.

With a sausage machine of great calibre, we can produce thousands of our speciality sausages in no time at all to any length and size you require! From our award winning chipolatas to an extra long sausage to fill a finger roll (properly)!

We are always exploring new flavours and seasonings and like to work closely with our wholesale customers to produce sausages to their specification.

We cure our very own gold award winning bacon on the premises and have a top of the range bacon slicer to provide businesses, such as restaurants, with 5lb catering packs of bacon and also, to retail outlets, with single bacon packs ready labeled to sell at extremely competitive prices.

We have a machine to produce burgers in any size you wish, from 2oz burgers, ideal for schools, to our monster 8oz burgers in a huge range of seasonings and flavours. But we don't like to forget the 'rustic' way to make burgers and produce a great deal hand made such as our award winning Cornish blue burgers!

Also located at the butchery unit we have an excellent industrial oven to cook our very own award winning hams, pork pies and other products. You certainly can't beat a Williams' honey roast ham!
